Bioclimatic roofs
An innovative take on the standard Pergola roof, bioclimatic roof shade and ventilation can be customised. With the four preset position on the louver's remote, bioclimatic roofs can be adjusted to various positions. The Outdoor Living Group's bioclimatic louvred roofs are customisable. What this means is, lighting, side shades, heating and sliding glass panels can be incorporated as a later time to transform the roof to a closed room that can be enjoyed at any time of the year. Depending on your requirements, our louvered roofs can be installed as part of your current building or as a lone single standing units. Features of louvered roofs.
Our louvered roofs come loaded with a lot of practical advancements. We have designed our gutters explicitly to remove gutters and eliminate leaks and light gaps. You can control the climate in your outdoor space. Our louvered roofs can be controlled at the touch of a button. You can have complete control of the louvered blades and this controls the amount of light that gets let in. You can decide to shut out the weather in any season or let in as much sunlight as you want, well into late in the evening. Is a planning permission necessary to install a louvered roof? The answer is usually no. Most properties in the UK have permitted development rights so installing a louvered roof isn’t a problem.
Is installing a louvered roof time consuming?
The average time to install a louvered roof, also called a bioclimatic roof, is one or two days. This is largely dependent on the size of the roof and if you are adding side glazing. Side glazing will add another day to the installation time to ensure a good finish.
