Bioclimatic roofs
Bioclimatic roofs are contemporary versions of the traditional pergola/louvered roof. Bioclimatic roof feature adjustable light and shade levels. These louvers can be adjusted to let in more air when it is hot and keep more heat in winter temperatures drop. The remote comes with four fixed positions but the louvers can be adjusted to levels in between them. If you'd like an enclosed room that can be used all year round, it can be achieved by attaching side shades, heating, sliding glass panels and lighting to the Outdoor Living Group's bioclimatic louvred roofs. Bioclimatic roof features
Our louvered roofs have a lot of technological improvements built in. Our roofs are designed to allow no light gaps or leaks and do so without exposed gutters. With full control over the blades of the louvered roof, you can control the amount of sunlight that gets into your outdoor space at any time. With that you can control the microclimate of your outdoor space, perfect for gardens. The design of our louvered roofs in totally flexible and can be restructured to find a solution for the needs of your home in Southampton.
We can add side glazing to the louvered roof, this can create a space that is weatherproof and can be used in any weather. There are a number of extras that are optional but can be included. These are outdoor blinds, electric heaters and LED lighting. The louvers can be fitted with internal blade insulation. This can reduce the sound of rain the louvered roof lets in by up to 70% and it also helps to retain heat during the winter months.
